Places on the transport can only be guaranteed with online booking, we recommend at least 1 hour before departure. Buying tickets at the bus stop can not guaranteed transport if the places might all be fully booked. For groups (max 8 people) it is advisable to book by 6:00 pm the evening before. Bicycles, e-bikes and sails will be loaded on the special trolley until it is full. For citizen of Levico Terme or Pergine Valsugana, or children under 10 discount on the trip. Small/medium sized dogs are allowed with prior request by email (info@move.tn.it). Any strollers, large backpacks or other bulky luggage require the purchase of the extra sail (+4.00 €). Rides booked online can only be refunded in the event of missed/incorrect service or with prior cancellation (at least 48 hours before the ride) by email (info@move.tn.it). Refunds are not possible in the event of schedule changes, user delays, weather conditions, unforeseen events.
